Custodial Worker (Housekeeping) NA-02

This position is located at Tower Barracks Army Lodging in Grafenwoehr, Germany. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Priority will be given to those that attend the job fair on 8 Oct 2025 from 0930 and 1330. Please see "how you will be evaluated" below.

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Prior work experience that provided the knowledge, skills and ability to perform the duties listed above to include the ability to use and maintain the tools and equipment of the trade, to keep the assigned work area neat and clean. 2. Must possess good customer service skills in order to interact with people. 3. Preferred is responsible work experience in the hospitality industry that demonstrated the ability to perform the duties as stated above with minimal supervision. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Must have the ability to follow instructions and read signs. Must have a basic knowledge of common cleaning solvents, cleaning tools, and equipment. Must know the proper uses of a variety of special cleaning and sanitizing solutions, and must be able to remove different kinds of stains from a wide variety of surfaces. Must be able to troubleshoot, make adjustments, and perform minor repair and maintenance of equipment.
