Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor¿s degree in Business Management or Business Administration OR four years of progressively greater supervisory experience that demonstrates management skills that involve operational planning, coordination, and directing diversified food service operations. A thorough knowledge of business practices, economic principles and ability to analyze trends and make improvements. Must demonstrate the ability to deal effectively with superiors, subordinates, vendors, and the public. Ability to evaluate, negotiate, and screen and select potentially successful vendors. This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. may be required. This activity is a Drug-free workplace.
