Job Description
Serves as Engineering Technician within the ATO, Technical Operations, Operations Support, National Airways System Engineering Group, Test & Engineering Support Subteam.
Qualifications
TO QUALIFY AT THE FV-I (GS/FG 13) LEVEL, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-H (GS/FG 12) level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE includes: Experience developing plans to address current system needs and meet agency requirements; and investigates new and emerging technologies and their applicability to system requirements. Experience developing technical solutions to improve/enhance system performance and lengthen service life; determines technical requirements for functional improvements or major systems enhancements. Applicants should provide examples of Specialized Experience in their Work History. Qualifications must be met by the closing date of the announcement.
