Qualifications

BASIC REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years old AND have graduated from high school or been awarded a certificate equivalent to graduating from high school. (Valid documentation will be required upon hire.) One year of experience in the field of music entertainment and common forms of theatre, live concert production. Two years professional coordination experience in event planning. A valid Government Owned Vehicle (GOV) operator¿s permit is required for the performance of duties for this position. Inability to obtain or maintain appropriate GOV licensing may result in termination for lack of qualifications. The incumbent is required to obtain required GOV licenses within 30 days of hire. Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule to include night time, weekends, and holidays. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Must possess excellent customer service skills in dealing with the needs of visitors, entertainers and customers. Skills to communicate with all levels of command and staff, and active duty. Ability to communicate orally and in written in a clear and concise manner. Must be able to solve problems independently and think critically during planning and negotiating phases. Must have an understanding of artist performance rider and a basic understanding of artist technical rider, practical knowledge of back-line equipment and artist stage plot. Intermediate level ability and experience in Microsoft Programs such as Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint. This activity is a Drug-free workplace.
