THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. NEW MEXICO AIR NATIONAL GUARD **You may be eligible for a Recruitment OR Relocation incentive per agency's policy. This National Guard position is for a ENVIROMENTAL PROTECTION SPECIALIST, Position Description Number T5002000 and is part of the NM 150th SOW Civil Engineer Squadron, National Guard.

Qualifications

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have experience, education or training demonstrating the knowledge of the principles, practices, and concepts of an environmental program sufficient to serve as the expert technical advisor on the various environmental programs. Experience demonstrating knowledge of environmental issues, problems and solutions regarding federal, state, rural and community environmental regulations. Experience in program planning or administration concerned with environmental protection or other activities related to environmental problems. Experience in an advisory or research capacity involving the creation of solutions to problems concerning environmental protection or other related activities. Experience using on-site investigation techniques, analysis of results and development of conclusions to insure conformance to environmental regulations
