Job Description

Qualifications
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Ability to work without more than normal supervision. Ability to keep things neat, clean, and in order. Possess basic food preparation and handling techniques. Ability to interpret verbal and written instructions. Knowledge of basic sanitation principles. Ability to use and maintain kitchen tools and equipment. Must have knowledge of basic arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals in order to takes orders and provide change; and determine the number of portions required. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possess two (2) years of professional experience in a food and beverage operation. Experience MUST be clearly reflected on your Resume at the time of application to be considered. Applicants meeting the Highly Preferred criteria will be referred first to the Selecting Official. All other applicants may be referred for consideration at managements request.
