Job Description
This is a National Guard Title 32 Excepted Service Position. This position is a Permanent GS-2001-09 GENERAL SUPPLY SPECIALIST (TITLE 32), Position Description Number D1975000 and is part of the MO 131st Bomb Wing. This is a bargaining position.
Qualifications
MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: Selected candidate must currently be assigned to a military unit in the Missouri Air National Guard. Title 32 employees will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor (grade inversion). Maximum Military Grade - 1st Lt (O-2) GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must possess experience, education, or training in administrative, professional, or other work which provided a general knowledge of one or more aspects of the supply field. GS-09 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least one year of experience at the GS 07 grade level or equivalent that demonstrates practical knowledge of a wide range of supply principles, concepts, and methodologies involving general supply, storage, distribution, and inventory specialties as they relate to equipment accountability. Experience compiling and analyzing information from various supply systems relating to equipment accountability and authorization. Experience conducting organizational visits to identify deficiencies and recommending corrective actions.
