Job Description
This position is located in the Naval Support Activity, Regional Support Services Program, Morale Welfare and Recreation Department, Commercial Activities Division, Golf Branch. Incumbent is to perform a variety of duties necessary for the maintenance of the golf course tees, rough and adjacent areas to keep them in the best possible playing condition. This position is located at MWR-NAVAL AIR STATION OCEANA AEROPINES GOLF COURSE VIRGINIA BEACH, VA.
Qualifications
Resumes must include information which demonstrates experience and knowledge, skills, and ability (KSAs) as they relate to this position. Applicants are encouraged to be clear and specific when describing their experience level and KSAs. A qualified candidate possess the following: The employee must be able to follow verbal instructions. Ability to read and write is preferred. Must have a general knowledge of lawn care, ability to operate mowers, hand tools, and maintenance equipment. Must be able to drive vehicles such as pickup trucks. The ability to operate all types of turf equipment is strongly preferred.
