Job Description
This position is located in the Facilities Services Directorate (FSD), Integrated Technology Division (ITD), and Information Technology Management Branch (ITMB). The ITD mission is to deliver Information Technology (IT) services, business applications, commercial cloud support, geospatial data, facilities records, data analytics, cybersecurity, and training to advance the effectiveness of front-facing FSD functions supporting WHS and Mission Partners of the Department Of Defense (DoD).

Read more about what should I include in my federal resume? athttps://www.usajobs.gov/Help/faq/application/documents/resume/what-to-include/ One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service (experience may have been gained in the private sector) that demonstrates performing wide range of functions such as information requirements and automation studies, feasibility studies, structured analysis and design of existing and proposed information systems (automation, communications and enterprise management systems); performing development of alternatives and proposals, analysis for conformance to standards, preparation of high level correspondence and briefings and input to information management planning; Identifying, evaluating, designing and recommending technological advancements having a major impact on the current and planned application of information management resources in meeting the information requirements of the organization; AND ensuring the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision and values are integrated into information technology strategies, goals, budgets, objectives, work plans and work products and services. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
