Job Description

This National Guard position is for a MANAGEMENT ANALYST, Position Description Number D2505000 and is part of the OH 180 Fighter Wing, Ohio Air National Guard. The primary purpose of this position is to provide information and analyses to all levels of management using the assessments to answer the why, how, when and where questions.

Qualifications

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training in administrative, professional, investigative, technical, or other responsible work which demonstrates analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes, and principles of management. Knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. 1-year specialized experience, education, or training equivalent to at least the next lower grade level.
