Job Description

1-year non-reimbursable assignment U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Identity and Information Management Division (IIMD) Management and Program Analyst Series Requested: 0343 Security Clearance: None Virtual/Remote: Yes (Camp Springs, MD, or current duty location) Only current, full-time federal employees are eligible. Qualifications

Qualifications required: Demonstrate ability to anticipate needs, react quickly, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience planning and executing projects and studies that address challenging topics involving a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. Experience analyzing, establishing, and implementing project goals and objectives. Proven ability to communicate and explain complex tasks/features to broad audiences. Experience establishing long-range work plans and determining the actions necessary to accomplish objectives. Ability to multi-task and prioritize simultaneous projects to meet the demands of a busy office environment. 2+ years experience working in or with records management, identity management, and/or biometrics management is preferred. Familiarity with USCIS and DHS systems (e.g. PCIS, CMS, RAILS,CPMS, NASS, etc.). Familiarity with enterprise data governance practices, classes of admission (COAs, etc. is a plus but not required. Demonstrated interest and ability working with information technology. Have received a FY24 final performance rating of "Achieved Expectations" or higher.
