Job Description

Qualifications
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in facilities maintenance or operations, preferably in the hospitality industry, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or management role. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in maintenance trades including electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration systems, plumbing, carpentry, and painting. HVAC Journeyman preferred Working knowledge and experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage, schedule, and analyze maintenance tasks and data. Strong preventive maintenance planning, building systems lifecycle management, and applicable safety/environmental regulations. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; ability to manage teams across multiple locations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with maintenance reporting tools preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications. Valid driver's license required. Knowledge of NAF policies and procedures preferred. Ability to communicate orally and in writing Must be available for regular regional travel.
