Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Demonstrated ability and knowledge directly related to the duties to be performed as identified above. Ability to do the work of the position without more than normal supervision, and the ability to interpret instructions and specifications. 1. Performs a full range meat cutting, weighing, and measuring task to prepare beef and pork for cooking at Texas Roadhouse. 2. Operates the beef saw, pork saw boning table, and trimming table grinder. 3. Cleaning and sanitizing any equipment and workstation area used.
