Qualifications
GENERAL EXPERIENCE is experience, education, or training which provided a general knowledge of principles of organization, management, and administration. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE is experience which is directly related to the position to be filled and which has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of this position. GS-09 - Must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level. Examples of specialized experience include: Serve as fully independent advisor within geographical area of responsibility in accomplishing all objectives of the Soldier & Family Readiness Program (SFRP) for the Army National Guard to maximize retention and readiness. Manages and operates family assistance center and provide assistance to commands within geographical area of responsibility in support of the SFRP. Provide training and technical support to Commanders and Family Readiness Liaisons to support their Unit Family Readiness program and Soldier & Family Readiness Groups (SFRGs). Submit information to support development and budget forecasting to support the Soldier and Family Readiness Support Program to higher headquarters. OR EDUCATION - Master's or equivalent graduate degree OR 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.B. or J.D., if related. *NOTE: In order to qualify for this position using education, you must submit a copy of your transcripts.* OR COMBINATION - A combination of experience and education as described above. Only education in excess of that required for a Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree may be used when combining education and experience to meet the total qualification requirements. Only graduate education in excess of the amount required for the next lower grade level may be used to qualify applicants for positions at grade GS-9. *NOTE: In order to qualify for this position using a combination of experience, you must submit a copy of your transcripts.* **In order to use education as a substitution for experience or as a combination of experience and education, you must submit a copy of your transcripts. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Resume must have complete dates and hours worked per week for each occurrence of both civilian and military employment (Example: 2 JAN 1980 to 3 MAR 1981; 0800-1630 M-F or JAN 1980 to MAR 1981; 40 hrs/wk) Use of year only will result in disqualification.
