Personal Services Assistant - Entry Level (MD/CO)

Job Description

Personal Services Assistants provide timely assistance to employees and applicants with targeted disabilities in order to meet their individual needs and provide a seamless transition into the workplace and throughout their day. These services are defined by the EEOC as non-medical, activities of daily living and can include assistance services such as: assistance with feeding/meal prep, toileting, placement/removal of clothing.

Qualifications

The qualifications listed are the minimum acceptable to be considered for the position. High school diploma or equivalent plus two years' experience is required. Experience must be in providing assistance with activities of daily living (for example, assistance with removing and putting on clothing, eating, toileting, pushing a wheelchair, or assistance with getting into or out of a vehicle at the worksite).
