Job Description

This position is located at NAF (Non-Appropriated Fund) Support Management, Wheeler Army Airfield, Hawaii (Island of Oahu). Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Qualifications

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Progressive work experience, which demonstrates an acquired knowledge of the theories, principals, practices and techniques of performing investigations and studies as described above. 2. Must have knowledge of double-entry accrual method of accounting demonstrated through work experience or education that reflects ability to perform audit assignments. 3. Demonstrated work experience must be equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level. 4. Experience in word-processing, spreadsheet and database applications. 5. Must have experience in leading or working in a team. 6. Must possess good written and oral communication skills. To be considered minimally qualified your Resume MUST clearly reflect the knowledge and experience listed under the minimum qualifications criteria listed above. Highly Qualifying Criteria: 1. Must have experience in conducting audits, reviews, and evaluations of programs and processes..... and 2. Must be familiar with Army NAF Policies, Procedures and Financial Systems..... and 3. Must be proficient in analyzing financial and operational data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement... and 4. Must have knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards applicable to NAF operations. Candidates who possess both the minimum and the highly qualifying criteria will be considered first.
