Job Description
About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at Information Ticket and Travel Office in the Schilling Center on Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan.
Qualifications

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Experience which demonstrates people skills; outgoing and approachable, with excellent customer service skills. Must demonstrate the ability to perform common mathematical problems and make proper change when receiving payments. Clerical work, typing skills and computer knowledge is required. Must be able to read, speak, and write English. Knowledge and understanding of Japanese business customs and courtesy, local tourist attractions and annual special events is highly desirable. Must be available to work an uncommon tour of duty to include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Satisfactory completion of a local files check and National Agency Check required.
