Job Description

Announcement conjunction with the JBLM NAF HR Office Job Fair at the Eagles Pride Golf Course in Tacoma, WA on Tuesday, 07 October 2025 from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This position is located at Joint Base Lewis-McChord Aquatics Program. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Cash bonus in the amount up to $1000.00 is authorized. Selectees are eligible to receive a cash bonus of $500 after working 50 hours and an additional $500 after working 100 hours.

Qualifications

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Must be able to swim. 2. Must be able to participate in lifeguard certifications. NOTE: The above minimum qualifications must be described within the duties of previous work experience listed on the applicant's resume and assessment/questionnaire.
