MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to identify and manage turfgrass diseases, insect infestations, and other environmental stressors, and to apply appropriate treatments including fungicides, pesticides, and herbicides. Skilled in calibrating and operating irrigation and chemical application equipment. Strong background in horticulture, turf management, agronomy, or a related field, through education or extensive practical experience. Demonstrated experience in landscape planning, turf maintenance, and grounds beautification techniques. Must possess or obtain within one-year appropriate certifications for pesticide application in accordance with local regulations. Proven leadership and supervisory experience, including the ability to motivate, direct, and evaluate staff.
