Job Description

This position is located in the Data and Systems Support Division, Office of the Assistant Register and Director of Operations, Copyright Office. The position description number for this position is 369806. The salary range indicated reflects the locality pay adjustment for the Washington, D.C., Metropolitan area. This is a non-supervisory, bargaining unit position. Relocation expenses will not be authorized for the person(s) selected under this vacancy announcement.

Qualifications

Applicants must have had progressively responsible experience and training sufficient in scope and quality to furnish them with an acceptable level of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position without more than normal supervision. Ability to perform program management for a data management program.** Knowledge of industry best practices and strategies for leveraging data to drive strategic and tactical business decisions.** Ability to establish business needs and requirements necessary to administer a data management program. Ability to serve as a liaison for an organization and develop and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to perform program analyst work using computer systems and software applications. Ability to communicate in writing. Ability to communicate effectively other than in writing.
