This position is located at Departmental Offices, Treasury Management and Budget.
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: For the GS-14 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: - Experience developing custom code in Structured Query Language (SQL) and Python programming languages that perform Extract Transform and Load (ETL) procedures to intake financial information from SharePoint, Oracle, and/or other financial feeder systems; AND - Experience utilizing government financial regulations and accounting best practices to automate cost allocations, populate financial agreement forms, and calculate associated billing through financial systems (i.e. custom Python and SQL code); AND - Experience developing custom labor projections in SQL combining data from human resources and financial data sets that duplicates the US Tax Code and/or other governmental pay adjustments; AND - Experience developing data collection in SharePoint to capture financial information not available in the financial system or associated feeder systems. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. TIME-IN-GRADE: In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-14, you must have been at the GS-13 level for 52 weeks. TIME AFTER COMPETITIVE APPOINTMENT: Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a non-temporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.
