Solutions Development Office Technical Analyst (O-5 Billet) Non-Supervisory

Job Description

The SDO Technical Analyst under IHSC supports IT innovation for healthcare delivery. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining IT solutions, conducting research, developing training, and collaborating across teams. Requires proficiency in software development, databases, and platforms like SharePoint. Occasional travel and clinical duties may apply. Reports to the SDO Supervisory Lead. This position is only open to USPHS officers and Call to Active Duty (CAD) candidates.

Qualifications

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time (6-8 Hours). Performing repeated bending motion. Average manual dexterity for computer operation. Phone use for extended periods of time. If clinician, will be tasked to TDY internally for minimum two weeks, maximum 30 days annually to assist with field operations
