Qualifications

The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 10/09/2025. Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 10/09/2025. GS-10: You qualify at the GS-10 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-09 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties: Handling sensitive and/or personally identifiable information for office file movements. Maintaining data information in management systems functioning in the areas of either file management, case resolution, appointment scheduling, data processing or workflow management to support processing and/or tracking time sensitive case files. Preparing reports or updating documents for information sharing within a team or office. Securely processing incoming and outgoing mail. GS-11: In addition to the requirements at the lower grade level(s), you qualify at the GS-11 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-10 level in the federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties: Resolving clerical support issues in the areas of immigration records or adjudication processing by investigating data for correction in immigration management systems. Applying knowledge of Agency polices and/or standards to make decisions for a clerical support team.
