Job Description
Position serves as the first line supervisor for the Wewoka Indian Health Clinic Nursing Department. Plans, develops, and evaluates the clinic plan for nursing care delivered to patients. Position reports to the Chief Nurse Executive. The purpose of this position is to establish, maintain, and direct a comprehensive ambulatory nursing care program for the health center. Qualifications

BASIC REQUIREMENT(S): Nurse 0610 In addition, to the Basic Requirements, you must also meet the Minimum Qualifications stated below- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks. Examples Include: making patient care assignments for RNs, LPNs, and non-licensed support staff appropriate to skill or licensure level; overseeing work flow on a patient care unit; contributing to unit policy development; leading a performance improvement project or being responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting PI data for a patient care department.
