Job Description
This position is located at Fort Jackson Golf Course. Note: If claiming Current/Former NAF or APF Employee preference, you are required to submit a copy of your personnel action (DA Form 3434 or SF-50) with your supporting documents to be eligible for this preference.
Qualifications
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1) Must have knowledge of wide range of recreation and sports activities, organization and structure of military units and installation sports program objectives, policies, methods and procedures to plan, organize, and coordinate activities, assist, guide and motivate military staff in carrying out their responsibilities. 2) Must have basic understanding of budget and supply functions in order to prepare input and justification of funding for supplies and equipment. 3) Must have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing (English). Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Highly Preferred: One year of work experience in a golf facility.
