Job Description
This position is located within Commander, Mid-Atlantic Region, Fleet and Family Readiness Program. The purpose of this position is to supervise the efficient operation of the snack bar in the assigned facility. This position is located at the Eagle Haven Golf club's "Pub 19".
Qualifications
Resumes must include information which demonstrates experience and knowledge, skills, and ability (KSAs) as they relate to this position. Applicants are encouraged to be clear and specific when describing their experience level and KSAs. A qualified candidate possesses the following: Must be a high school graduate or equivalent and possess a minimum of 3 or more years documented food service experience with increasing responsibilities and a minimum of 1 year documented leader/supervisory experience. Must possess a basic understanding of all policies and procedures relating to expenditure and accountability of funds and procurement, internal controls and disposition of property. Must possess positive written and verbal communication skills to deal effectively with subordinates, supervisory/management officials and customers. Must possess basic math skills to compute changes, make change accurately and prepare reports.
