SHIP SCHEDULER (GENERAL)
What you'd do
You will serve as a SHIP SCHEDULER (GENERAL) in the OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
Major duties
You will analyze briefs, memorandums, technical work documents (TWDs), task group instructions (TGIs), estimate sheets, plans and specifications, material status reports, reports and progress reports. You will conduct feasibility studies on new work and prepare detailed schedules necessary to determine time requirements and material/software delivery dates. You will participate in scoping conferences. You will assist in reviewing scheduling adherence on completed availabilities and in making recommendations to correct causes of departures from schedules in the future. You will review general work requirements and convert them to more specific tasks.
