What you'd do

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER in the Transaction Service Center (TSC) of TSC NORFOLK.

Major duties

You will finalize correspondence, complex administrative staff work and detailed reports for leadership. You will manage daily operations of administrative programs and services to ensure timely submission and compliance with directives, regulations, and procedures. You will monitor official travel and ensure compliance with travel regulations. You will gather, analyze and summarize facts, and develop and present findings. You will request, review, and maintain security clearance information for military and civilian staff members. You will act as a Trusted Agent (TA) for the Trusted Associate Sponsorship System (TASS); responsible for confirming the identification and initiating the process of obtaining a common access card (CAC) for contract personnel. You will prepare reports by retrieving and formatting information from various sources.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1). Managing daily operations of administrative programs and services to ensure timely submission and compliance with directives, regulations and procedures. 2). Monitor official travel and ensure compliance with travel regulations. 3). Requesting, reviewing and maintaining security clearance information for military and civilian staff members. AND 4). Confirming the identification and initiating the process of obtaining a common access card (CAC) for contract personnel.
