What you'd do

Major duties

You will acquire and analyze data on active-duty enlisted personnel from multiple sources, review accuracy, format, and upload into Salesforce. You will follow up with non-responsive members at established intervals. You will generate, maintain, and digitize prospect lists from a variety of sources. You will manage, verify, and perform quality control on all NRRC local Marketing and Advertising Funding requests.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Adhering to personnel policies, regulations, and procedures to support recruitment objectives and promotion programs; 2) Utilizing office software and computer programs to manage high-volume inquiries and generate reports; 3) Interpreting guidelines and policies to information needed for direct marketing campaigns; and 4) Communicating, orally and in writing, to prepare and present correspondence, reports, and briefs. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
