Major duties
You will manage design development, coordination, and procurement of AUKUS variant of BYG-1. You will provide program office positions on policy analysis, interpretation, development and implementation at a senior level for PMS 425 leadership supporting AUKUS activities. You will determine appropriate collaboration vehicle and carry out staffing actions as appropriate at the PMS 425 level to establish and successfully execute security cooperation programs leading the development and negotiation of major system sales. You will oversee the program office responses to data calls and provide information necessary to aid in Australian, United Kingdom, United States (AUKUS) program execution for combat system efforts. You will support program office governance and acquisition efforts aimed at executing FMS cases and eventual stand up of the AUKUS Program Office. You will review and manage export licenses and third party transfers for PMS 425 and AUKUS I/A CS IPT. You will work with Naval Undersea Warfare Centers and Naval Sea Systems Command to coordinate the efforts to fulfill contract requirements to build, deliver, and maintain FMS capabilities purchased by AUKUS partners.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 pay band (or GS-13 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing acquisition lifecycle compliance and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program requirements (e.g., cost estimates, schedule, performance reporting, integration, logistics, and budgeting) to meet the product and service objectives of international naval fleet customers.
