Financial Management Analyst

About the Position: This is a Financial Management Analyst position in the Resource Management office is located at U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command U.S. Army White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) with duty location of WSMR (merit).
Major duties
Coordinate with S1 and S8 Budget Division to review travel orders. Provide advice to employees and dependents on PCS matters. Responsible for the complete range of budgetary and administrative functions. Identify individuals who have not resolved their indebtedness. Serve as the Activity Program Coordinator (APC) for the Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) program. Maintain database of user information and controls user access. Develop and implement travel programs, policies and procedures. Plan and coordinate work in Defense Travel System (DTS).

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes:(1) Implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure the audit compliance of financial management processes; AND (2)Review travel orders to ensure travel expenses and billing methods are in compliance with travel regulations.This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower level/grade position in the federal service (NH-02/GS-11). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Financial Management Analysis Oral Communication Planning and Evaluating Technical Competence
