What you'd do

You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST of NAVSTA MAYPORT.

Major duties

You will plan, coordinate, and evaluate the logistical actions in support of the Fuels mission. You will determine all activities involved in providing logistical support to include planning and scheduling while adjusting to scheduling delays and other logistical challenges. You will operate standard office equipment and maintain files in a neat and accessible manner to include field inventory management.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) processing all fuel inventory documents to include sales and transfers within the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) dedicated Fuels Management Defense (FMD) software and retains auditable documents per DLA's strict policies; 2) determining manpower requirements needed to meet daily operational plans while communicating with appropriate terminal personnel on a daily basis to improve information flow and team work; 3) Maintaining fuels accounting records, overseeing the processing of all issue, receipts and transfers of petroleum products.
