MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST
What you'd do
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the WARFARE REQUIREMENTS AND RESOURCES DIRECTORATE of COMMANDER SUBMARINE FORCE PACIFIC.
Major duties
You will serve as the principal architect of COMSUBPAC's input into the OPNAV Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution System (PPBES). You will serve as the lead for COMSUBPAC's role in the generation of the annual Integrated Prioritized List (IPL) in support of the annual Program Objective Memorandum (POM). You will manage the COMSUBPAC unfunded requirements validation and funding allocation process in execution years to ensure the optimum expenditure of scarce resources. You will manage numerous COMSUBPAC specialized funding programs to ensure proper alignment of resources to requirements.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing defense planning, programming, and budgeting processes; aligning resources to meet strategic requirements; and providing complex program analysis through collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
