MANAGEMENT ANALYST (OA)
What you'd do
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST (OA) in the DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY of NMRTC NEW ENGLAND RI.
Major duties
You will enter and maintain staff members personal information to include phone numbers and addresses for a command recall roster. You will maintain and analyze the monthly manpower manning documents and provides management officials with information regarding manning levels and changes to the Activity Manning Document. You will develop spreadsheets, query databases for reports and delivers briefings on data as needed. You will perform complex office automation duties requiring different approaches and methods from one assignment to another.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data and reporting tools. Experience in the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
