What you'd do

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the General Fund Business Office of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND.

Major duties

You will direct and oversee all GFBO teams in their daily, weekly, and monthly tasks essential for sustaining NAVY ERP. You will develop and deliver enterprise- level reports and metrics to management regarding operational efficiency and production control efforts. You will oversee Navy ERP testing processes, ensuring thorough validation and alignment with business requirements before implementation. You will assist in managing defects, monitoring system performance, and coordinating change management efforts to adapt Navy ERP to evolving business needs.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Mastery of program management concepts and expert-level knowledge of enterprise resource program operations to manage organizational change, user and role management, and customer support functions within a DoW environment; 2) Extensive knowledge of laws, policies, and regulations governing DoW IT acquisition and administration to ensure efficient mission-essential business operations in collaboration with enterprise stakeholders; 3) Expertise in strategic planning and change management, analyzing operational requirements to adapt enterprise resource planning to evolving business needs and implement innovative business processes; 4) Expert-level advisory services to senior leadership, functioning as a strategic planner to influence decision-making, identify operational trade-offs, and communicate complex information to diverse audiences for major IT efforts.
