PROGRAM ANALYST
What you'd do
You will serve as a VH-92 PROGRAM ANALYST in the Fleet Support Team (FST) of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Major duties
You will provide program management expertise and evaluate requirements to plan and monitor projects under high level direction. You will collaborate with team/program personnel and other management officials for the development of project, program guidance and requirements for development, test and evaluation. You will prepare management information reports which provide officials with timely and valid information at a practice level of summarization. You will make evaluative analyses of all aspects of the projects/ programs including objectives, policies, work operations, progress, resources utilization, intra and inter-program balances and related matters. You will recommend adjustments, such as redistribution or realignment of funds, in response to changes in programs and/or funds available.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Fleet Support Team (FST) expertise, developing and implementing policies, controls and operating procedures, effectively managing operational requirements, and developing acquisition and sustainment strategies.
