What you'd do

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Cloud and Cybersecurity (C&C) Program Management Office of Portfolio Acquisition Executive-Mission Systems (PAE-MS).

Major duties

You will perform research and analysis to support complex acquisition programs and develop recommendations that improve program performance and achieve organizational objectives. You will develop, review, and coordinate acquisition, contractual, and program documentation to support project milestones, budgets, schedules, and performance objectives. You will manage integrated program schedules, monitor technical performance metrics, and evaluate program status to ensure successful execution and mission accomplishment. You will analyze complex functional and technical issues, prepare executive-level briefings, and present recommendations to senior leaders to support informed decision-making. You will develop cost estimates, budget requests, and execution plans while monitoring program resources, obligations, and expenditures to support efficient program management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders to resolve program issues, improve processes, and ensure compliance with acquisition policies and regulations.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: -Expert knowledge and skill in the Defense Acquisition System. Includes knowledge of key activities and documentation requirements of each phase of the acquisition life cycle for all categories of programs; supporting and/or managing a project/program through its acquisition life cycle. -Expert knowledge and skill to achieve expressed goals and objectives of the program through interaction and coordination in a team environment, to include consistent interface with higher headquarters, including establishing positive working relationships with peers and subordinates as well as superiors both internal and external to the program. -Knowledge and skill executing the DoD planning, programming, budgeting and execution system. .
